Any image that has been taken by a professional photographer is under copyright unless you have written permission from the photographer to reprint the image. It is your responsibility to obtain this permission before uploading any copyrighted photograph. For your convenience, we have included a Photo Release Form in the event that you have professional images that you would like to upload and/or use in a designed product.

When you place an order, Memory Lane Designs begins design work immediately and charges your credit card and bills you accordingly. Memory Lane Designs reserves the right to ship and deliver partial orders (at no additional cost to you). The portion of the order that is partially shipped may be charged to your credit card at the time of shipment.
If any part of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, then the invalid and/or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision most closely matching the intent of the original provision and the remainder of the Terms will continue in effect.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Memory Lane Designs with respect to this Service and supersede all other communications, written or oral, with regard to the Service.
