Custom orders are shipped within 7 to 10 business days from the date the order is placed, except for custom Photo Bags, which take up to 4 weeks. Standard items that do not require customization or printing of images are shipped the same day as ordered, whenever possible. If you need your order completed sooner, please Contact Us to see if we can help. Memory Lane Designs offers various shipping options which will vary the delivery time.

Returns & Exchanges
We make every effort to ensure that your products are made with the highest quality materials that meet or exceed your expectations. If you are not satisfied with the workmanship of the product, or the materials are defective in any way, please contact us within 30 days of receipt, return the original item and we will either replace the product or refund the cost of the items returned to us. For custom designed products, at the time that you approve the proof that is sent to you by email or waive the option to receive a proof, you accept the final design of the custom designed product in your order. In the event that there is a defect in workmanship or materials, please contact us and we’ll do everything we can to make it right for you.
